New Smith Workouts

  • Workouts are good 1 month from purchase date

  • Each person can take advantage of the Group price and ONE of the Private prices: Private/Duo/Trio

  • Workouts are subject to studio’s Late Cancellation Policy (12 hours for Group Workouts and 24 hours for Privates/Duos/Trios)

  • If you Late Cancel or the workout expires, you do not get a refund or credit but you can re-purchase

  • Must pay prior to booking

  • Workouts can not be refunded, credited, or transferred

  • Prices are subject to change

Group Workout Monthly Memberships

  • Change your plan at anytime

  • Auto-renews on same date each month (unused workouts don’t rollover)

  • First month is risk free - cancel at any time

  • After the first month or you’ve used your first batch of workouts, you can still cancel at anytime - we just require a 30-day written notice to hello@pilatesmithstudio.com and there’s a $30 Termination Fee

  • The Unlimited Plan is truly unlimited and those on this plan can book workouts 60 days in advance with Priority Booking

  • All Group Workouts are subject to studio’s Group Workout Cancellation Policy (12 hours)

  • If you “No Show” there is a $15 Fee

  • If you have an Unlimited Plan and Late Cancel there is a $10 Fee

  • If your credit card expires or becomes invalid for any reason, our system will notify you via email once a day for 7 days; the Membership will be cancelled if the issue is not reconciled within 7 days; in order to workout your account must be up to date

  • You can suspend your account for 2 weeks up to 3 months in a calendar year; you’ll pick up your account right where you left it and your auto-pay date will push back for the same amount of days you were gone; you’ll only be charged $15 on your auto-pay date instead of your regular plan price to hold on to the days you’re gone for; you cannot retroactively suspend your Membership; a suspension can not overlap with a 30-day membership termination notice

  • If you leave Membership and wish to reinstate, current Membership pricing will apply

  • Must have a valid credit card on file

  • Must pay prior to booking

  • Memberships can not be shared, refunded, credited, or transferred

  • Prices are subject to change

Private/Duo/Trio Workout Packs

  • Packs are “Maintenance Free” meaning they auto-renew after you use the last workout. This saves you the hassle of repurchasing and means you’ll always have workouts ready to book when you want them; if you didn’t want a new pack, just email us within 30 days of purchase at hello@pilatesmithstudio.com and we’ll refund them

  • Workouts are good 3 months from purchase date

  • All workouts are subject to studio’s Private/Duo/Trio Workout Cancellation Policy (24 hours)

  • Must have a valid credit card on file

  • Must pay prior to booking

  • Workouts can not be refunded, credited, or transferred

  • Prices are subject to change

Group Workout Packs

  • Workouts are good 3 months from purchase date

  • All workouts are subject to studio’s Group Workout Cancellation Policy (12 hours)

  • “Rolling 5-Pack” option auto-renews after you use the last workout or when the pack expires 3 months from purchase, whichever comes first; if you didn’t want a new pack, just email us within 30 days of purchase at hello@pilatesmithstudio.com and we’ll refund it

  • If you “No Show” there is a $20 Fee

  • Must pay prior to booking

  • Workouts can not be refunded, credited, or transferred

  • Prices are subject to change

Single Workouts

  • Workouts expire 1 month from purchase date

  • All workouts are subject to studio’s Group Workout Cancellation Policy (12 hours) and Private & Duo Workout Cancellation Policy (24 hours)

  • If you “No Show” there is a $20 Fee

  • Must pay prior to booking

  • Workouts can not be refunded, credited, or transferred

Summer Special: 20% off for Students & Teachers

  • Discount applies to purchases made in July and August

  • Valid ID must be presented to get discount - emailing a photo of it is fine!

  • Valid ID is considered an ID that’s not expired and name must match drivers license or photo ID

  • Applies to Group Memberships and Privates only
