New to Pilatesmith? Since we teach with an athletic style that’s fast and physical, Group Workouts are appropriate for those who have been on a Pilates Reformer before. We recommend leveling down for your first workout, or starting with a Private Training Session so your Trainer can evaluate and guide you from there.

Our Group Workouts are leveled and we prioritize advanced on our schedule for Pilatesmiths. We offer 7 formats across all levels: Tempo, Heat, Cardio, Control (adv), Apprentice (int), Novice (beg) and Prenatal & Postnatal (all levels).

SAMO STUDIO

 

Located directly off Main at 2110 Main St, closer to Pico. We’re at the southwest corner of Main & Bicknell, Street next door door to Michelin-rated Cobi’s and steps from Stella Barra.

I’ve tried pretty much every workout studio on the Westside and Pilatesmith is by far the best Pilates studio around! Love that there are different class options - from control and tempo to cardio, when you really want to sweat (combo of TRX). Each one is challenging and buttkicking in the best way. The studio is always clean and Jessica the owner always greets everyone with a smile!
